This Privacy Policy describes how Verbi ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

- Personal Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and authentication identifiers (via Google Firebase). You may optionally provide a bio, gender, and city for your public profile.
- User Generated Content: We collect and store the arguments, debates, and comments you post within the App.
- Audio Data: If you use the voice-to-text feature to dictate arguments, your audio input is processed ephemerally by your device's speech recognition engine to convert it to text. We do not store raw audio recordings on our servers.
- Location Data: We collect approximate location data (e.g., region/country) derived from your IP address to enable the "World Map" and "Conquest" features.
- Purchase History: We track your subscription status and consumable purchases (e.g., "Logic Bombs") to manage your premium access.
- Device Information: We collect device identifiers (such as Installation IDs) for analytics, security, and push notifications.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To facilitate debates, community interactions, and the global conquest game features.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions via RevenueCat.
- To analyze content using AI (Google Gemini) for scoring logic, evidence, and civility.
- To send you push notifications regarding game turns, replies, and territory alerts.
3. Third-Party Services
We share data with trusted third-party service providers to help us operate the App. These partners are restricted from using your data for any other purpose.

- Google Generative AI (Gemini): Used to analyze text content for quality scoring. Data sent to AI is anonymized where possible and used solely for generating game feedback.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Service. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

5. Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
